You may be running a computer with two video cards. Make sure the game is using your dedicated card instead of the integrated one.
For Nvidia card users - in Nvidia Control Panel, go to "Manage 3D settings", then "Global Settings", then under "Preferred graphics processor" select "High-performance NVIDIA processor". Alternatively, right-click BadBloodGame.exe, go to "Run with graphics processor" and then choose "High-performance NVIDIA processor".
In addition, you can try updating your Intel HD Graphic Driver and your Nvidia/AMD driver.
Finally, make sure your dedicated video card meets the Official PC system requirements for Dying Light: Bad Blood.
